Emma began her career in the third sector over 25 years ago, working in community development while studying for a BA (Honours) in Business and Marketing at the University of Glamorgan.

She later advanced her career in local government, specialising in communications and corporate marketing. Emma went on to found a communications and digital marketing agency, gaining valuable experience in the world of property investing, buying, and selling through her work with property clients and companies. During this time, Emma became a property investor herself, eventually selling the agency to pursue property investing full-time. She now has a portfolio of properties in South Wales, which includes flats, houses, HMOs, and two pubs!

Emma began advising other investors in 2016, and by 2020, she was supporting and advising clients across the UK, France, Spain, and the U.S. This experience inspired her to pursue an MSc in Property Investment & Finance, which she completed this year at the University of the West of England in Bristol.

As the Senior Property Investment Advisor at Alexander Peter Wealth Management, Emma specialises in finding the right investment vehicle for each client and is an expert in Buy-To-Let, HMO, and the Social Housing sectors.
